Products & Pricing
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Fleming makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on the website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Fleming. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.
Payment must be made at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.
Shipping & Delivery
Fleming ships worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Fleming shall not be held liable for any delays caused by customs processing, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
You may return unworn and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@fleming-watches.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Warranty
All Fleming timepieces come with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact our service center with proof of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Fleming or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Fleming.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
